Rotem & Mounir Saouma Omnia Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020 is a full-bodied southern Rhône red blend from nine vineyard parcels across all of the five CNDP communes. Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Courthezon, Sorgues, Bedarrides and Orange. `Omnia` meaning `all`, this cuvée is Mounir Saouma`s attempt to express in a single wine the diversity if the appellation`s terroirs. Having founded their acclaimed Lucien Le Moine boutique micro-negociant label in 1999, Rotem and Mounir Saouma next set their sights on crafting show-stopping wines in the Southern Rhône, acquiring several vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in 2009. The wine is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre, aged for 18 months without racking and without sulphur until bottling.
